Tire Works Total Car Care

Kim a month ago

First time at tire works. Been waiting for quite some time with no communication from the service advisor. Currently I'm the only customer in the waiting room. I was quoted a reasonable price for 4 new tires. We will see what happens. I had a water bottle in the trunk of my car and when I checked for it, the container that holds the water is no longer in my car. I have no idea what happened to it.

I took my truck in yesterday after calling and talking with braidin he was a pleasure to talk with . When i went in Aaron allen the store manager right away asked if i needed help and took care of me right away for tires and a oil change and wipers. all i can say is corporate need to know that they have above and beyond guys in this store. I know the business very well i had tire shops back east, and ran districts back east after i sold my locations. Also they were very busy and yet took care of many customers that day on 8/1

I had to get a tire replaced last week. About an hour before they closed and they still got me in quickly. Brayden’s customer service is excellent! He was polite and answered all my questions. Garrett change my tire without any issues and gave me a free AC Check as requested. They were honest and did not try and upsell me on anything. I would highly recommend this place & I will be back for future services (:

I hit a few potholes and had a complete blowout on one tire and I bent my rim, my other tire on the front was bubbled out and ruined as well. I had my rim repaired, took my car and fixed rim to tireworks, Brayden was able to get me the tires I wanted the next day and was able to get them installed and a new alignment within three hours, I had my car back and on the road in no time! Definitely will be going back for future services!

Aaron provided an amazing experience from setting up my appointment over the phone to walking out with a detailed receipt! The digital inspection report Tire Works sent was a nice touch that helped me understand the health of my vehicle, along with the technicians photos of their findings and a small description in the photos of how the system works on the vehicle. Would highly recommend for your service needs.
